Laundry facilities are available in the centre, however, we may not see some clients every day and they could require a fresh set of clothing on their next visit. When selecting a new outfit, we want it to be as pleasurable an experience as possible. We hang items up on rails to keep them neat and crease-free and let people choose what they want.
We can only accept toiletries in unopened packaging – ideally travel sized as clients don’t have much storage space, particularly if living on the streets.
We ask that toiletries are unused for two reasons – hygiene and respect for the individual.
Imagine how you’d feel if you were given a stranger’s half used bar of soap or can of deodorant? It certainly wouldn’t make you feel good about yourself!

We are very fortunate to have arrangements with Fareshare and other providers to supply us with the fresh and other foodstuff we require. As a result, we rarely accept extra donations of food.

We are always looking for new, corporate partnerships and can design bespoke packages to help meet Corporate Social Responsiblity commitments. We have a number of fundraising opportunities which can be used for ring-fenced projects.
