Our Clients
Our Clients are a key part of the development, delivery and review of services. We strive to have a comprehensive Client involvement programme that is genuine and impactful.
- Client Meetings, Regular Satisfaction Surveys, Complaints, Ideas and Suggestions programme, Peer Volunteering opportunities and review of our plans, outcomes and strategies.
Our Staff
Led by our CEO Adam Rees and the board of Trustees led by Chair Nonny Matthewson – Huggard has a highly experienced and committed senior management team, staff and volunteers. Working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We recruit highly competent staff and are currently reviewing a developing a training programme that supports our staff to have the necessary skills. Knowledge and abilities to support our clients to recover. This includes

Our Community.
We work with our local community, residents, businesses and local councillors to ensure we take responsibility for our work and our clients impact and to educate and empower the community in which we work and live to be advocates of ending homelessness.
