Food Programme

As part of our Food Programme, we operate a Commercial Kitchen within our Day Centre, Huggard Catering and a cafe on Dumballs Road, which is open to the public.

The programme is overseen by a trained Chef, supported by clients and former clients, who are trained in catering and hospitality skills.  Any profits are re-invested in the programme.  

Our Commercial Kitchen serves two hot meals a day for anyone who is homeless or is staying in our accommodation.  Breakfast is free.  Lunch costs £2, however, there’s no charge for anyone unable to pay.  

Huggard Catering offers a buffet lunch service in the Cardiff area.  Each buffet is made using fresh, good quality ingredients, either in our kitchen or on-site at your function or event.  For more details email Huggardcatering@huggard.org.uk.
